It’s so funny that in the 2010s on social media people thought of dandruffs as their scalps being dry when 9 times out of ten people have dandruffs because of oily scalp or product buildup aka theh should clean their scalp aka the opposite of what they thought was happening

I use a 100% natural sulfate free shampoo with rosemary oil. The first ingredient is rose water so it’s hydrating. It’s the best shampoo, it really makes a difference. The ones you list in the video aren’t good for anything.
The shampoo I use is Glossy Locks Grow More Shampoo.
Brilliant……I would wash my hair with dogs poop if I thought it would help. Have been using Nizoral with Dutasteride seems to have helped. No one wants to lose their hair.
You dermatologists need to agree each other because some say shampoo doesn’t work to regrow hair and you say they do! So who do we believe??? 🤔
My issue is my head itches. It isn’t dandruff- I have asked my dermatologist , Primary Care, and hair stylist and no one seems to see an issue. I am 64, color my hair, and use a blow dryer. I used to wash daily and now every other day. I have tried Head and shoulders, Minoxadil , Nizoral, Aveda, Nioxin, high PH shampoo, and multiple other brands, along with organic oils, tea tree oil. My hair is thick, course, and scalp would be normal to dry. I am at wits end!!

Lush has a leave in conditioner spray that is amazing. My hair seems thicker and growing better. I have stopped for the most part styling with any heat. Only on the rare occasion.

I wonder if it would be helpful to use Nizoral shampoo, rinse and then do a (caffeinated) coffee rinse? Then you could get the benefit of the ketoconazol and caffeine each time you shampoo the hair.

As a pharmacist im really invested in skin and hair health and fortunately i was able to treat many of my skin problems because of all the research, chemicals and drugs knowledge and wonderful experts like dr. dray. I really enjoyed my skin care journey and learning about it , now I’m really interested in scalp and hair, unfortunately research around this topic is pretty controversial mainly because of the many factors that affect scalp and hair, beginning from its interaction with water to the complexity of hair care products formulas and environment itself.
Dr. Dray, always there when we need her. I found this talk today because with holiday photos, I observed that my hair is thinning at the hairline and I’m in a panic these past 24 hours 😭
