FOODS ON BLOOD TYPE DIET IS THE KEY. PERIOD. Flaxseed and cocoa butter cream, hydration shampoo with vitamin b in it and acv conditioner. Use castor oil based grease before the butter cream. Your hair will stop shedding fast. Detox your scalp bi weekly with acv and water or acv conditioner. Only thing that goes on scalp that is oil is sulfur based grease or peppermint oil, otherwise it needs washed out. I just grew inches in just two months and my hair has very little shedding.
But what about that heat damage though?
What about the smell from the ACV and how and when do you use the aloe vera are you rinsing it out?

OMG U ARE BEAUTIFUL!!! We don’t have the same hair type, but I like your information. I used ACV to help me detangle my hair from taking my braids out. Had knots from buildup. I will try washing my hair a week before taking them out to reduce the knots and “hair gunk”
